Hello there, I am Anders Amasius and I am the author of the E-Sports Entertainment Blog. The E-Sports Entertainment Blog seeks to provide an in-depth look into the ever-expanding world of e-sports, as well as the products and services pertaining to e-sports. The goal is to provide fresh and exciting content for the enthusiasts, in addition to helping the casual fan gain a better understanding of what e-sports is and how they can be involved. I have always been a big fan of video games, and with many things in life, I am a very competitive person. E-sports provides an outlet to bring video games into a competitive environment. Over the years, I have competed in various tournaments with a few different games. This constituted traveling to different locations over the Midwest and going against highly skilled teams vying for a cash prize. The venues for the most part were smaller and crowds never seemed to be in excess of one hundred people. It was a great experience and it was clear that there was excitement from everyone involved. That being said, my time as a semi-professionally gamer was at time where it was still seen as a niche. However, e-sports today is immensely popular and continues to garner interest at an exceptional rate. I hope to use my prior experience to help my readers to learn the ins and outs of e-sports, whether it be hardware, or the firsthand knowledge of a player. I love e-sports and I want you to too.
